Sharon's Awards and Acomplishments

In November of 2010 I was featured by the Pine Tree Quilt Guild as their "Patchwork Star"--I am deeply humbled by this honor, as it is reserved for their most notable quilters.

I have quilted two Opportunity quilts for the guild and they have both won 1st place at the quilt show. I was one of four members who pieced the 2010 opportunity quilt for our guild and it won a 1st place at the county fair and at the guild quilt show. I again quilted the 2011 opportunity quilt and it won first place in machine quilting!

My quilting is featured in Chrisine Barnes' new book:  "The Quilter's Color Club: Secrets of Value, Temperature & Special Effects."
